Our top performers are set up for success with pre-scheduled appointments, uncapped commission and earning potential of $100k-$200k+. All done with the help of a supportive team and training program that will assist you in reaching new heights in your career.

• Meet with homeowners to provide in-home consultations and customized solutions
• Recommend premium replacement window and door solutions tailored to customer needs
• Build trust with customers and deliver a best-in-class sales experience
• Utilize industry-leading tools, technology, product samples, and a proven sales process
• Manage the sales process from consultation to close with professionalism and integrity
• Represent a nationally recognized brand known for quality and customer satisfaction

• 2+ years of in-home sales or outside sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and competitive mindset
• Customer-focused approach with professional presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
