Event Manager

Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY is seeking to hire an outgoing full-time Event Manager to assist in the coordination and overseeing of our participation in events and trade show. This role is  responsible for the coordination, oversight and staff management  of our booths at events and trade shows. Additional focus on logistics, staffing, budgeting, and performance tracking, while ensuring the highest standards of brand representation

Responsibilities

• Developing, planning, implementing, our booths at events and trade shows.
• Hands-on leadership: commute to event, assist in set up and breakdown of booths, and provide on-site supervision of the marketing staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop overall department.
• Track all sales leads generated by events and trade shows
• Stay current on new events, venues and marketing opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (Required)
• Face-to-face marketing / sales experience
• Experience in management or as a supervisor
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to commute through Capital District

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 plus commission
