Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the president. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Calendaring for appointments, vendor coordination and logistics. Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations and transportation. Anticipate needs of President and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
  • Operational Support: Administrative duties of confidential record keeping, timely submissions of expense reports, tracking deadlines, inventory and follow-ups. Process workflow management such as identifying and solving workflow bottlenecks and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Scheduling: manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the President, Executive team and interdepartmental calendars.
  • Coordination: Plan, prep and oversee internal and external conferences, events, and corporate meetings. Prepare correspondences, reports, and presentations.
  • Communication: Receive, screen, prioritize and direct communication to the President with discretion and professionalism. Liaison across departments, vendors and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as executive or operational support preferred
  • Experience in operations, business administration or office coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with systems, integrations, and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple priorities and adapt to various department workflows.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75k to $85k annual
