Overview

Our Field Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing our Field Marketing (Canvassing) program in the local market. This is a pivotal, hands-on role within our organization, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding established performance standards as it relates to sales lead generation.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Recruits, hires, trains, leads, and supports Canvassers
  • Leads all team training, coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Ensures the culture of the program serves as the exemplar of our commitment to excellence
  • Coordinates program logistics, i.e., mapping tracking, compliance, scripting, lead validation, and staffing
  • Maintains an inventory of all program-related collateral

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in relevant professional experience
  • Successful management experience to include recruiting, training, and onboarding
  • Experience in a demanding, fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
