• Install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards and processes.
• Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.
• Adheres to all proper safety techniques.

• 3 years carpentry or construction experience. (5 years for lead position)
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers.
• Available to work Monday – Saturday 7am - 5pm (hourly - so yes...overtime available)
• 1 year managing a team (for lead position)
• 1 year leading/supervising a job site (for lead position)
